Well.. that.. is.. just...totally unacceptable. You get a new one. We
will send you a new battery right away, allow us 4 days before
delivery. The broken switch was a problem of the last 10 units we had
on stock at Amazon. We've a new stock now which hasn't that switch
thing. Sorry for the fact that you didn't had the 3GJUICE we wanted
you to have.

I bought 3G juice via Amazon.Com Charged it once and found when I come to use it for the first time that the on off switch is broken. What to do 3G Juice?

Nice product, however, the on and off words rubbed off of the plastic after only removing the cap a few times. Not a "huge" deal, because there is a light indicating whether or not the switch is in the on or off position, but a little annoying.
