    This needs some more details. I can already run my iPhone 3G for 24 hours without external batteries.

    Do you mean 24 hours of talk time? Of 3G browsing? Of gaming apps?

    It sounds like a great product, but in order to hook people in, you need to have a chart of some kind labeling how long it takes to charge the external, how long it takes for the external to charge the iPhone, and the usage.

    If you provide concrete details on how effective this battery really is I'll definitely buy one. But I'm wouldn't buy a product that requires 3 batteries to give me 24 hours on my phone when I get that already without the batteries.

    Throw us some details, we'll throw you some money.

    Dear Tanner,

    You're so right. I edited the text above and added more details. The battery loads your iPhone and give’s it an extra, full life. If you normally can talk 6 hrs with your phone, now you can talk 12 hours. If you surf for 4 hours, you get another 4 hours. I prefer to use this comparison because claims like 'up to 50 hours extra power' are measured under extreme conditions: all features are off and the 3G radio has to have a great reception. That's not normal, is it?.

    It doubles whatever you're doing with it. So if you usually only talk, you can talk twice. If you surf, you can surf again.

    You can throw a 3G JUICE in your glove department (put it on OFF), forget it for a whole year and it will still give your iPhone or iPod another life. If you use a loaded battery later then year, you will loose some energy, just like your Duracells.

    It's not a li-ion battery but a li-polymer, a next generation.

    Yes it does. A fully loaded 3G JUICE loads an empty iPhone, by charging it.

    Yes we do ship to Canada since 24 hrs. We'll send you a generic hard box with magnet mechanism since we're out of own boxes, sorry. Delivery time is 3 weeks from now since we had a lot of orders lately. Inside the box is an USB-cable to load the 3G JUICE, a simple manual and the 3G JUICE with that great battery from C-BAK.

    Do you HAVE to use the pack when the Iphone battery is almost empty? If you connect the Juice while the iPhone battery is still full, the Juice charge the iPhone battery as it looses its charge?

    I ask this question because sometimes I like to watch video when I'm on the bus, so I would connect the Juice, but when I leave the bus and walk around town I don't want a battery to stay connected to my iPhone while its in my pocket.

    Dear Mike,

    No, you don't have to use the pack when the phone is empty. I use it myself when the battery is half full, just because it's fun to watch a loaded iPhone.

    If iPhone battery is full, but you still turn on the 3GJUICE , the green light will be ON. Which will consume some power of the 3GJUICE - in a very small portion around 10mAh.

    Hi - I understand that the battery will charge the iPhone, but is it like a charger in that we have to wait until the phone is charged with the booset in order to use it or we can use it immediately as soon as we plug in the booster?

    While being charged by 3G JUICE, your iPhone can be used for any operations - calling, listening music, browsing, watching movie, taking picture, etc. So it gives the energy right away.

    I am interested in your product but I have a couple of questions:

    Is this definately safe to use with the 3g iphone?
    Can the battery and iphone be charged simultanouly?
    What is the shipping charge for Canada?
    How long will it take to recieve?

    Is it safe? The next best smallest battery available (without cables) is only 1200 mAh. Ours has 50% more power. Be assured, the product output voltage/current is designed per Apple specification. It will not damage your iPhone/ iPod. It has only one contact part with the iPhone/ iPod- the connector which is also specifically ordered from Apple’s specified vendor (only one vendor). Is it a battery just attached to a 30 pins connector? No, there is also an integrated circuit built in to avoid power problems.

    You can't charge both, can you explain me why you would like to do that?

    Canada shipping is $12. I'm delivering backorders right now, most of them will be delivered August 21-24. For newer customers, the delivery date is somewhere in September. That's temporarely. I expect to deliver in 1 week if you order in September.

    I'm not sure I'm comfortable having something almost half the size of the iPhone hanging at the bottom by the fragile usb connector. Do you have a version that's smaller? (I don't mind reducing the capacity)

    for the 1 day shipping, or in 2 business days if you choose 2 day shipping.
    The normal method (standard) is mostly 3 business days, 5 max.
