There are some extension cables out there that cost over $25 to fix this.
That is way to extensive, so we are busy developing one ourselves. Not sure
about the price yet, but it should be below $19

I recently purchased the 3GJuice, it is great. Since I also purchased an otterbox for my iphone. Now the juice does not fit on the phone. Help, how can I get this to fit? Dot

I purchased the 3G Juice recently. It works very well, but since I now have an otterbox case for my iphone I can not connect the juice to my phone. The otterbox is not easily removed. Help, any advice? Dot

Yes that's true, we wrote about this several times. Here's what y can do
1. buy an expandable cable on Amazon, but it will cost y
2. go for our new model Major Mojo
3. return us your 3GJUICE and get a refund

if i plugin this battery pack in my ipod nano, i am not able to listen at the same time, because my head phone connector is blocked by this pack :S
